The Valparaiso women’s basketball team will be holding four summer camps for girls this June and July.

Skills Day Camp I will take place Monday through Thursday, June 15-18 from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. each day at a cost of $195.  This camp is designed for girls entering grades 2-8 to develop the fundamental skills of basketball.  Daily competition and written evaluations take place at the end of the camp.

On Tuesday, June 16, the Crusaders will host an Elite Camp.  This is a teaching and competition camp for incoming high school students.  This camp will be run like a college practice.  The cost of the one day teaching and competition camp is $60, and will be held from 12 p.m. until 8 p.m.

A Team Camp will be held Friday and Saturday, June 26-27.  This camp is designed for high school varsity and junior varsity teams along with their coaches.  There are various cost options for this camp depending on whether the camper is a commuter or a boarder.

Skills Day Camp II will run Monday through Thursday, July 20-23.  This camp, like Skills Day Camp I, is designed for girls entering grades 2-8 to develop the fundamental skills of basketball.  It too will be held from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. and costs $195.  Daily competition and written evaluations take place at the end of the camp.
