Butler Game Sold Out; Additional Parking Lot Available Saturday

The Valparaiso athletic department announced today that Saturday afternoon’s game against Butler at the Athletics-Recreation Center is officially sold out.  No tickets will be available for purchase on the day of the game.  In addition, an additional parking lot has been opened on the northeast corner of Roosevelt Road and Lincolnway for game day and will have shuttle service available to and from the ARC.

Saturday’s showdown against the Bulldogs marks the Crusaders’ second sellout of the season, joining the Dec. 7 game against Purdue.  Fans without tickets can catch the Horizon League Game of the Week on regional television networks across the league’s footprint, including locally on Comcast SportsNet Chicago, or on the Valpo Sports Radio Network.  Live video and live audio, as well as live stats, will also be available at www.valpoathletics.com.

The additional parking lot is located directly across from Horizon Bank and Uptown Café, and will open at 11 a.m. Saturday morning.  There is no charge for parking, as is the case for all lots on game day on the Valparaiso University campus.  Fans are encouraged to arrive as early as possible for Saturday’s game, with the doors slated to open at 11:30 a.m. for a 1 p.m. CST tip.
