Sajevic Earns Mid-Con Athlete of the Week Honors

Valparaiso University's Kim Sajevic (Woodbury, Minn./Woodbury H.S.) has been named the Mid-Continent Conference's Athlete of the Week.

The sophomore posted her third straight singles victory this past weekend, defeating Stephanie Harmazy of Eastern Illinois 7-6 (1), 3-6, 11-9 at fourth singles.

The honor is the first of Sajevic's career with the Brown and Gold. On the season, she now has a 5-4 record overall in singles action.
