Valparaiso University's Jessie White (Buffalo Grove, Ill./Buffalo Grove H.S.) has been named the Mid-Continent Conference's Offensive Player of the Week after leading the Crusaders to a pair of wins on the weekend.

The freshman scored the match-winning goal on Sunday at Oakland with just 1:24 to play in the match as the Brown and Gold won its eighth straight match overall and improved to 3-0 in the Mid-Con.

On the season, White has two goals and two assists for six points, has taken 15 shots, 11 of which were on goal.

She is the fourth Crusader to have earned either offensive or defensive honors from the league already this season.
