The Valparaiso volleyball team is currently one of just 39 programs nationwide and the only program in the Horizon League averaging better than 850 fans per home match, according to the latest national volleyball attendance report.

The Crusaders are ranked 38th in the nation in the latest report, boasting an average attendance of 879 fans through their first three home matches this year at the ARC.  Valpo broke its single-match attendance record when it drew a crowd of 1,236 to the match against Butler on Sept. 18 and also surpassed 800 fans last Saturday against IUPUI.

Valparaiso is on the road this weekend, but returns home for a trio of matches next week, starting with a Tuesday night showdown at the ARC against Loyola (Chicago) at 7 p.m.
