Valparaiso had 106 student-athletes honored as members of the Horizon League Fall Academic Honor Roll and 104 student-athletes named to the league's Spring Academic Honor Roll, as announced by the league office this week. Both numbers led all nine Horizon League institutions.

United States team apparel and equipment dealer LIDS Team Sports, a division of Indianapolis-based LIDS Sports Group, and the Valparaiso University Athletic Department have entered into a renewal agreement for three additional years. Per the deal, Nike will remain the official provider of Crusader uniforms and apparel for all student athletes participating in the 21 varsity sports teams. LIDS Sports Group will continue to serve as Valpo’s supplier of Nike products.
