Registration is open now for the Valpo Soccer Spring ID Camp, hosted by the Crusader women's soccer team on Sunday, March 30 for female players in grades 9-12. In addition, registration is also open for a trio of camps to be held June 16-18.
The Spring ID Camp is geared towards experienced female players in grades 9-12, looking to take their game to the next level. It begins with soccer-specific functional movement training and a speed and agility workout, followed by technical, tactical, small-sided training, as well as goalkeeper technical and tactical trainings with the Crusader coaching staff. There will be small-sided games and 11-v-11 matches as well. The day will also feature a tour of the Valparaiso University campus and a question and answer session with the coaching staff.

Valpo will also host three camps in mid-June from June 16-18. The Little Crusader Soccer Camp is for boys and girls, ages 4-6, and will run from 6-7 p.m. each day with a cost of $35. The Youth Skills Camp is for girls ages 7-13 and will run 5:30-8 p.m. each day with a cost of $99. The 2014 VIP High School Camp is for girls ages 14-18, and costs $350 for residential campers or $275 for commuters. More information and registration links are available at the above link.
