Valpo Athletics to Produce 28 Home Broadcasts for The Valley on ESPN This Fall

Valpo Athletics will produce 28 home broadcasts for The Valley on ESPN this fall, beginning this Friday evening, Aug. 23, when Valpo hosts Green Bay in women’s soccer.

Valpo will broadcast all six home football games, all nine home volleyball matches, all six home men’s soccer matches and seven of eight home women’s soccer matches. All of Valpo’s home football games will be on ESPN+, while contests for the other sports will be split between ESPN3 and ESPN+.

Additionally, all of Valpo’s road MVC men’s soccer and volleyball matches will be carried either on ESPN3 or ESPN+, and two road MVC women’s soccer matches will be broadcast as well. For details regarding which contests are on which platform, as well as specifics on video streaming of non-conference road contests and PFL road games, visit each sport’s respective schedule page.

The Valley on ESPN is the conference's co-branded digital network with ESPN. Originally branded and launched as The Valley on ESPN3 in August 2015, the league's digital initiative is available through the ESPN App and features live-event programming on both ESPN3 and ESPN+. The ESPN App gives fans a premier, all-in-one digital access point for everything ESPN offers, including "TV Everywhere" video and ESPN+.

"TV Everywhere" video offers live and on-demand streaming for pay TV subscribers to ESPN's U.S. linear networks and digital networks, including ESPN3. ESPN+ is the direct-to-consumer subscription streaming access to thousands of additional live sporting events, original content and shows, and on-demand video library.
