Jennifer Garrett joined the Valpo Athletics Department in September 2011 as the Assistant Director of Marketing.

In her role, Garrett oversees gameday atmosphere and operations, ticketing, the ValparaiZone and Crusader mascot. Some of Garrett's contributions include a overhaul of the ValparaiZone, which finished in the Top 10 in the 2013 Naismith Student Section of the Year competition, and her ticketing strategy which has led to a growth in ticket revenue and a continuous increase in season ticket sales.

Prior to her days at Valparaiso, Garrett was an intern with Ole Miss Rebel Sports Marketing for three years. On Rebel football gamedays she worked for ESPN. Garrett oversaw the marketing and promotions for all other Ole Miss sports gamedays.

Garrett earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from University of Mississippi in 2011. Currently Garrett is seeking her M.S. in Sports Media at Valparaiso University.

Garrett currently resides in Valparaiso.
