Snow, Cold Postpone Friday's Valpo-YSU Baseball Game

Frigid temperatures and light snow has caused Friday afternoon’s scheduled baseball game between Valparaiso and Youngstown State to be postponed at Eastwood Field in Niles, Ohio.

The Crusaders and Penguins will play their regularly scheduled doubleheader on Saturday afternoon beginning at 11 a.m. CDT and make up Friday’s game on Sunday afternoon beginning at 11 a.m. CDT. All three games are scheduled to be shown live online through the Horizon League Network.

The forecast for the rest of the weekend is mostly sunny with temperatures in the mid 60s in the Niles area.
