2012: Was a workhorse behind the plate starting in 56 of the team's 60 games...reached base safely in first 15 games of the season...went 2-for-4 with two walks and three runs scored in an 8-7 extra-inning win over Wofford on Mar. 4th...biggest offensive game came March 17th in a 15-7 win over Butler where Cribbs went 3-for-4 with a double, a walk, two runs scored, and four RBI...homered as part of a 2-for-4 game Apr. 13th at Youngstown State en route to a 7-4 win over the Penguins...had a strong home series against UIC May 11th-13th going 5-for-11 with a double, four RBI, and two runs scored...collected three hits and three RBI during the weekend the Crusaders clinched the Horizon League regular season crown against Youngstown State May 17th-19th...recorded a multi-hit game in the NCAA Regionals against Purdue with a 2-for-4 night that included a double and a run scored.
2011: Sat out the season as a redshirt due to injury.
2010: Appeared in 34 games, making 31 starts, in sophomore season with Valpo … went 6-for-8 in two games against Chicago State (April 2-3) … drove home three runs against Gardner-Webb (March 13) and Indiana-Northwest (April 14) … tripled at Milwaukee (April 30) … hit .280 for the season.
2009: Appeared in 19 games, all starts, for Valpo as a rookie ... went 2-for-2 in collegiate debut at Morehead State (Feb. 21), including a double ... had two hits, including the game-winning RBI in extra innings against North Dakota (April 10) ... had a double at Memphis on March 6 and against Butler on March 10 ... threw out five would-be base stealers.
Prep: A four-year letterwinner for the Falcons ... holds the school record for career hits ... a four-time All-District Team selection ... three times named to the All-Area and All-County Teams ... a First Team All-State selection in Class A in Michigan as a senior ... an All-Metro Detroit selection as a senior ... a First Team Michigan High School Baseball Coaches Association (MHSBCA) Dream Team pick in 2008 ... Most Valuable Player of the MHSBCA All-Star Game as a senior ... team captain in 2008 ... voted team’s Most Valuable Player as a senior ... also lettered in football.
