2022 MVC Scholar-Athlete Honorable Mention
2023: Posted a .260 batting average while playing in 40 games and making 37 starts… Homered twice and drove in 15 runs while scoring 22… Reached base a .366 clip and slugged .344… Made a fantastic leaping catch in center field to rob a home run on April 28 at Missouri State… Had a career-high four hits on May 7 vs. SIU… Named MVC Scholar-Athlete First Team… Earned Valparaiso University Presidential Academic Honors.
2022: Played in 46 games (44 starts) while accruing 10 doubles, four triples, a home run, 15 RBIs and 14 runs scored during his sophomore season... Tied for second in the league in triples and also tied for second in the MVC with five sacrifice bunts... Had a season-high three hits on April 30 at SIU... Crushed his first collegiate home run on May 1 at SIU... Earned Valparaiso University Presidential Academic Honors... Named MVC Scholar-Athlete Honorable Mention at season's end.
2021: Played in 10 games and made one start… Scored three runs and worked one walk.
Before Valpo (Athletics): Three-time first team all-conference pick in high school (2017, 2018, 2019), Honorable Mention All-State (2019), First Team All-District (2019), Prep Baseball Report Preseason Second Team All-State (2020)… Three-year letter winner in baseball and played basketball until his sophomore year… Travel baseball experience includes TCats Academy (2009-2012) and Stiks Academy (2013-2019)… 2019 Perfect Game Honorable Mention All-Region… Played in 2018 Prep Baseball Report Futures Game.
Before Valpo (Academics/Community Service): Member of National Honor Society, Teens for Christ member, ranked 16th in class, nominated as student achiever by educational staff (2018), Student Rotarian (2020)… Wrote for his high school’s newspaper… Was the Vice President of his senior class.
