Four Straight Home Games Highlight Valpo's 2007 Football Schedule
Thursday, May 3, 2007
Valparaiso will play four straight games at Brown Field in the month of October as head coach Stacy Adams announced his 2007 football schedule.

The Crusaders will open the 2007 campaign at home on September 1 as the Brown and Gold entertains Saint Francis (Ill.) at Brown Field.

The rest of September Valpo will take to the road for non-conference action against Trinity International, Kalamazoo, and Marian (Ind.), in addition to opening Pioneer Football League play on September 29 at Drake.

The annual Homecoming game kicks off a four-game homestand on October 6 as the Crusaders host San Diego. PFL contests against Butler, Dayton (Parents' Day), and Morehead State (Senior Day) close out the home portion of the schedule before Valpo wraps up the year at Jacksonville and Davidson.

For the second straight season, the Pioneer Football League champion will face the Northeast Conference champion in the Gridiron Classic held on November 17.

Valparaiso went 3-8 overall in 2006, posting a 1-6 record in PFL play.
