The Kenny Harris Foundation will be unveiled in a special pregame ceremony at the November 28 Valparaiso-IUSB men's basketball game.

Dave Hooper, brother of Crusader senior Jim, will make the announcement of the foundation, aimed at raising money and awareness of student-athletes in need of medical assistance, just before tip-off at Monday's home opener. After Hooper's remarks, Harris, who played at Valpo from 2002-04, will address the crowd. Harris, Hooper and others will be passing out information and collecting donations throughout the game, scheduled to begin at 7:05 p.m.

Harris collapsed April 11, 2005 in a supervised workout at the Athletics-Recreation Center.
