Valparaiso men’s basketball coach Homer Drew announced today that Paul Guede has decided to transfer to Tallahassee Community College in Tallahassee, Fla. 

“After playing on the Great Britain National Team this summer, I feel I still need to work on the timing of my game,” said Guede.  “I need to sharpen my ball-handling and shooting skills, and transferring to Tallahassee C.C. gives me an opportunity to do so.”

“We want to wish Paul the very best,” said Drew.  “It was difficult for him to have to sit out last year and not be able to play.”

Guede redshirted last season for the Crusaders after being cleared by the NCAA Clearinghouse halfway through the year.  He has four seasons of eligibility remaining.
