2012 (Cross country): Ran in all six meets for the Crusaders...recorded podium finishes amongst Valpo runners in five of six meets...ran his fastest 8K time at the Horizon League Championships (26:25), which led the Valpo team that meet...recorded a 34:38 at the NCAA Regionals 10K, good for third-best.

2011 (Cross country): Competed in five meets during sophomore campaign for the Crusaders ... placed second among Valpo runners at the Knight Invitational, covering 8K course in career-best 28:15.0.

2010 (Cross country): Ran in a pair of races during freshman season ... started career with a 6K time of 27:38.29 at Crusader Open ... also competed at the Spartan Invitational.
