2007 (Cross Country): Ran six times during junior year ... a Second Team All-Horizon League honoree ... finished among Valpo’s top three runners at all six meets ... opened season with eighth-place showing at Crusader Invitational, finishing the 6K race in 20:24 ... ran his fastest 8K of the year at the Boston College Open and was the highest-finishing Crusader, taking 30th place with a time of 26:01 ... placed 14th in back-to-back races at the Evansville Invitational and Horizon League Championships ... placed second among Crusader runners at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional with a time of 34:42.48 over the 10K course.

2006 (Cross Country): Ran in all six races for the Crusaders ... earned Second Team All Mid-Continent Conference honors ... contributed to Valpo team score in each of the last five races ... was Crusaders’ second-highest finisher in each of season’s last three meets ... named Valpo’s Most Improved Runner ... ran career-best 8K time of 26:50 at Notre Dame Invitational ... improved upon that time by nearly a minute next time out, covering 8K course at the Evansville Invitational in 25:57.10, good for seventh place ... finished 14th at Mid-Con Championships ... shaved nearly four minutes off of time at NCAA Great Lakes Regional from the previous season, running 10K in 34:05.77.

2005 (Cross Country): Competed six times as a freshman ... ran third-fastest Crusader 8K of the season in second career race, Brissman-Lundeen Invitational, by finishing in 27:08 ... led all Valpo runners at Brissman-Lundeen Invite ... finished 24th overall at Evansville Invitational and second among Crusaders, crossing tape in 27:24.4 ... competed at both Mid-Con Championships and NCAA Great Lakes Regional.

Prep: A four-year letterwinner for the Bees ... led cross country team to Pioneer Conference Championship as a junior and senior ... named Most Valuable Runner in Pioneer Conference in 2004 ... earned First Team All-Conference honors as a junior and senior ... was a Regional Qualifier in 2004 ... was an All-Conference track athlete in several events ... also lettered in basketball.
