2009 (Track and Field): Ran in the middle to long distance events for the Crusaders ... posted top times indoors of 4:54.15 in the mile run, 9:24.12 in the 3,000m run and 16:48.90 in the 5,000m run ... was second-fastest Valpo runner outdoors in the 10,000m run, posting a time of 34:28.68 at the Horizon League Championships ... also registered top times outdoors of 4:28.40 in the 3,000m run and 17:34.14 in the 5,000m run ... named to the Horizon League Academic Honor Roll both semesters.

2008 (Cross Country): Ran three times for the Crusaders as a sophomore ... opened season with a time of 22:47 at the 6K Crusader Open ... crossed the line over the 8K course at the Evansville Invitational in 28:56.01 ... also competed for Valpo at the Horizon League Championships ... earned Horizon League Academic Honor Roll recognition for both the fall and spring semesters.

2008 (Track and Field): Posted top times during freshman campaign indoors of 9:52.71 in the 3,000m run (HL Championships) and 17:08.76 in the 5,000m run (Findlay Classic) ... did not run during outdoor portion of the season.

2007 (Cross Country): Competed four times for the Crusaders as a freshman ... opened collegiate career with a time of 22:57 over the 6K course at the Crusader Invitational ... posted a season-best 8K time of 28:23.47 at the Evansville Invitational ... also ran at the Indiana Intercollegiates and the Horizon League Championships.

Prep: Did not earn any letters in track for the Shamrocks ... earned two letters in cross country ... was named team’s Most Improved runner ... also earned Mental Attitude Award ... earned Second Team all-Noblesville Ledger accolades as a senior ... a member of National Honor Society.
