2011 (Cross country): Ran six races for the Crusaders as a rookie, contributing to Valpo's team score five times ... was the second fastest Valpo runner at the Crusader Open, as well as the Evansville Invitational ... ran a season-best 8K time of 27:36.21 at the latter meet ... also finished among Valpo's top-five at the Horizon League Championships.

Prep: A three-year letterwinner for the Indians in track and field … also earned four letters in cross country … All-Conference as a senior … team most valuable player … a member of National Honor Society.
