2018 (Cross Country): Ran in four meets during his senior campaign for the Brown & Gold…Started the year competing in the Crusader Open, where he finished in 20:56.8…Logged a season-best 27:42.1 time in the 8K at the Bradley Pink Classic.

2018 (Track): Placed 14^th in the 3000 meter run with an indoor season-best time of 9:50 on Jan. 17 at the Fred Wilt Invitational…Recorded a season-best in the steeple chase with a time of 10:03.67 on May 11 at the outdoor MVC Championships.

2017 (Cross Country): Ran in three meets for Valpo ... Had a time of 29:02.00 at the Spartan Invitational in East Lansing, Mich. ... Finished in 20:52.70 at the Crusader Open.

2017 (Track): Completed the indoor 3,000m run in 9:58.43 on Jan. 13, a season best in that event ... Finished the outdoor 3,000m steeplechase in 10:20.27 on April 29 ... Had his top outdoor 5,000m run on March 25, going 16:48.75.
