2022 (Cross Country): Started the season with a 6K time of 19:04.5 at the Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 2... Finished the 8K in 25:57.38 on Sept. 16 at the Spartan Invite... Crossed the finish line in 25:25.6 in the five-mile run on Sept. 30 at the Joe Piane – Notre Dame Invitational... Turned in an 8K time of 25:02.5 at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 14... Posted an 8K time of 25:32.7 at the MVC Championship on Oct. 28... Finished the 10K in 32:21.6 on Nov. 11 at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, posting the sixth-fastest time in program history.

2022 (Track & Field): Did not compete during the 2022 track & field season... Earned Valparaiso University Presidential Academic honors.

2021 (Cross Country): Led the team with an 18:55 in the 6K at the Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 3... Placed 16^th and led the team with a 25:04.4 in the 8K at the Illinois State Invite on Sept. 17... Topped the team with a 26:06.6 in the five-mile race at the Joe Piane – Notre Dame Invitational on Oct. 1... Led the team with a 24:59.1 in the 8K at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 15. That marked his season best 8K time and ranked fourth in program history, representing Valpo’s best 8K since 2018 and second-best since 2001... Paced the team with an 8K of 25:47.7 to finish 31^st overall at the MVC Championship on Oct. 29... Topped the team with a 10K time of 32:28.4 in NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 12. That marked his best 10K time of the season and the third-best 10K race by a Valpo runner in program history.

2021 (Track & Field): Cracked the top five in program history in the outdoor 1500 with a time of 3:54.61 at the MVC Championship, ranking fifth in the Valpo record book… Had the team’s top indoor mile time of the season at 4:23.99 on Jan. 29 at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic… Had his best indoor 3000 of the year on Feb. 13 at the GVSU Big Meet with an 8:44.70… Posted the team’s best outdoor 1500 of the year on May 14 at the MVC Championships, clocking in at 3:54.61… Turned in his season best in the outdoor 5000 on April 16 with a 14:57.36 at the Gibson Invitational… Earned MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award, MVC Academic Honor Roll and Valparaiso University Presidential Academic Honors.

2021 (Cross Country): Earned All-MVC honors and was the team’s top finisher with a 25:31.4 at the MVC Championship on March 3 at Evansville… Received the prestigious MVC Elite 17 Award, which is presented to the individual with the highest GPA among top finishers at the MVC Championship… Earned MVC Scholar-Athlete First Team status.

2020 (Track & Field): Competed in five meets as a freshman for Valpo… Ran a 2:00.85 in the 800 for his first collegiate race on Jan. 17 at GVSU’s Bill Clinger Classic… Had his season-best mile time on Feb. 8 at the University of Chicago’s Windy City Rumble, a 10^th-place finish and a time of 4:23.68… Ran his maiden collegiate 3000 on Feb. 15 at the GVSU Big Meet, finishing in 8:58.81… Finished his inaugural campaign for the Brown & Gold with a 9:00.05 time in the 3000 at the MVC Indoor Championships, hosted by UNI, on March 1.

2019 (Cross Country): Appeared in all six meets for Valpo during his freshman campaign... Started his collegiate career by finishing fourth on the team at the Crusader Open on Sept. 6, completing the 6K at 19:51.2… Finished fifth on the team in the five-mile race at Notre Dame’s Joe Piane Invite with a mark of 26:39.47… Recorded his best 8K mark at Bradley’s Pink Classic on Oct. 18 with a time of 26:38.0… Finished fifth on the team in the 8K race when Valpo hosted the MVC Championships on Nov. 2, coming across at 27:06.9… Also finished fifth on the team at NCAA Great Lakes Regional in Madison, Wis. on Nov. 15, completing the 10K course in 34:19.1.

Prep: Three-time letter winner for the Royals in both cross country and track … two-time academic all-state in both cross country and track … 2019 track state qualifier … Two-time youth cross country qualifier … was a member of the National Honors Society while earning high honor roll and academic dean’s list honors roll … Eagle Scout … graduated Magna Kum Lada … was a member of the Student Athletic Council
