2023 (Cross Country): Finished second on the team in the season-opening Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 1 with a 6K time of 18:31.5... Posted an 8K of 25:22.2 at the Illinois State Invite on Sept. 15... Was again second on the squad with a five-mile time of 25:16.6 at Notre Dame’s Joe Piane Invitational on Sept. 29... Stopped the clock in 25:05.9 in the 8K on Oct. 13 at the Bradley Pink Classic... Turned in the second-fastest time in program history in the 10K at the Nov. 10 NCAA Great Lakes Regional, second in a group of three Beacons who each outdid the previous program watermark.

2023 (Track & Field): Had the team’s best outdoor 5000 time of the season at 14:46.13 at the Clark Wood Open… Had a season best of 3:56.54 in the outdoor 1,500 at the Elaine Leigh Invite… His best indoor 3,000 of the season was 8:34.96 at the Blue Demon Alumni Classic… Had his best indoor 5,000 of the season at 14:38.70 at the Meyo Invitational… Earned Valparaiso University Presidential Academic Honors… Named to CSC Academic All-District Team.

2022 (Cross Country): Finished third on the team with an 18:57.8 in the 6K at the season-opening Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 2... Had an 8K time of 25:40.93 at the Spartan Invite on Sept. 16 to finish second on the team... Was third on the squad with a five-mile run of 25:20.9 at the Sept. 30 Joe Piane – Notre Dame Invitational... Finished second on the squad in the 8K at 24:48.3 at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 14, a time that ranked third in program history... Second on the team in the 8K at the Oct. 28 MVC Championship with a 25:23.3... Rounded out the season with a 10K time of 32:05 at the Nov. 11 NCAA Great Lakes Regional, a mark that ranked fourth in the program record book in the 10K.

2022 (Track & Field): Had the team’s top indoor 3,000 time of the season at 8:43.60, a PR that came at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic... Also set a PR in the mile by turning in a time of 4:23.93 at the MVC Indoor Championships... Enjoyed outdoor PRs in the 5,000 (15:00.10, Illini Classic), 800 (1:59.99, Illini Invitational) and 1500 (3:58.31, MVC Outdoor Championships)... Earned Valparaiso University Presidential Academic Honors.

2021 (Cross Country): Finished third on the team with a 19:28.7 in the 6K at the Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 3... Posted a 26:06.6 in the 8K at the Sept. 17 Illinois State Invite... Finished the five-mile race in 27:24.3 on Oct. 1 at the Joe Piane – Notre Dame Invitational... Had the team’s third-best time at 26:05 in the 8K at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 15... Was the second Beacon to cross the finish line in the 6K at the MVC Championship on Oct. 29, finishing in 26:26.4... Was the second Valpo runner to finish by stopping the clock at 33:37.2 in the 10K at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 12.

2021 (Track & Field): Competed in the indoor 3000 with his season-best time coming on Jan. 29 at the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic, a 9:06.91… Raced in the outdoor 1500 once, posting a time of 4:22.63 at the Big Blue Classic on April 9… Also competed in the outdoor 5000 with a season-best time of 15:39.29 occurring on March 19 at SIU…  Member of MVC Academic Honor Roll.

2020-21 (Cross Country): Competed in the MVC Championship on March 3 at Evansville, turning in a time of 27:57.3 that was fifth on the team.

Prep (Athletic): Is a four-year varsity letter winner and was part of a team that got third and fourth at the Colorado state championships during his junior and senior year… Was an academic all-state first team honoree in addition to earning all-state honors as an athlete… During his prep days, also received four varsity letters in swimming and was a four-year state qualifier.

Prep (Academic/Extra Curricular): Volunteered at his church and served as a member of youth group while also participating in unified basketball… Four-time academic excellence award recipient… Member of National Honor Society… Ranked eighth in a graduating class of 366.

Personal: Lifelong Colorado resident… Majoring in environmental engineering… Enjoys being outdoors and helping others… Started swimming competitively at age 5 and began running track at age 6... Son of Ron and Amy Ehm and has one sibling – Inge.
