Valparaiso men’s soccer assistant coach Jeff Oleck has been chosen as an instructor for the EXACT Soccer National Development Camp in Chicago, Ill. on Dec. 22-23.

This camp allows high school players to showcase both mental readiness and on-field skill.  Oleck will join instructors from programs such as Wisconsin, Bradley, Marquette, UIC and more to conduct small group clinic activity, observe players in showcasing their development potential, and lead one-on-one review sessions with each player.

In his first two seasons as an assistant on the Crusader bench, Oleck has helped guide Valpo to 19 victories, including a program-record 10 wins in 2009.  Responsible for working directly with the Crusader goalkeepers, Oleck tutored Ryan Schwarz as he set new program single-season records for goals against average and shutouts in 2009 and coached both Schwarz and Kyle Zobeck this past season as they combined to surrender just 16 goals in 19 fixtures, matching the fewest goals allowed in a single year in program history.
