Valparaiso redshirt junior goalkeeper Tom Serratore is featured on the cover of the Summer 2013 issue of the NCAA Champion magazine in a story which highlights his efforts with the St. Baldrick's Foundation, including the organization of the men's soccer program's annual head-shaving fundraiser.

The story talks about Serratore's initial exposure to the St. Baldrick's Foundation, which raises funds dedicated to childhood cancer research, and how he has brought his passion for the organization to the Valparaiso community.  Both the front and back covers feature Serratore in profile - the back cover with a full head of hair and the front cover in the process of getting his head shaved.
