Prior to arriving at Valpo, McCaslin has spent time as a team trainer/head coach for ALITHSA and as head coach for the Junior Irish Soccer Club. In addition to his duties with the Crusaders, he also currently is the head coach of the NWI United FC U-15 boys squad, as well as an assistant coach within the Indiana ODP. He holds his NSCAA Advanced National Diploma, his USSF National “C” License and his National Youth License.
