Five home meets and several invitationals highlight Valparaiso University's 2004-2005 swimming and diving schedule.

The Crusaders, under first-year head coach Bryan Morrison, will open the season on October 1 at the Dennis Stark Relays in Notre Dame, Ind. After two weeks off, Valpo will open their home campaign at the Athletics-Recreation Center pool against Butler on October 16.

The Brown and Gold will also entertain Lewis, Wisconsin-Green Bay, and Wisconsin-Milwaukee at the ARC, along with a double-dual meet against Ball State and Illinois-Chicago.

Valpo will travel to several invitationals throughout the 2004-2005 season, including the Indiana Intercollegiates on October 30, the Eastern Illinois Invitational on November 5-6, and the Ball State Invitational November 19-20.

The Mid-Continent Conference Championships will take place December 2-4 in Rochester, Mich., with Oakland serving as the meet's host. The season-ending Midwest Classic Championships will again be held in Indianapolis, Ind. February 17-19 on the campus of IUPUI.
