Prep: A three-year letterwinner for the Dragons ... a Mid-State Six Conference champion as a junior and Mid-Illini Conference champion as a senior ... placed 22nd in the state as a senior ... a Mid-State Six Conference Athletic-Academic Award recipient both as a sophomore and junior ... earned Illinois High School Athletic Association Scholastic Achievement as a junior and senior ... a member of National Honor Society ... also lettered in track and field and competed in power tumbling.
