2005 (Cross Country): Ran four times as a junior ... set career best time at Brissman-Lundeen Invitational, covering 8K course in 28:36 ... also checked in under 30 minutes at Evansville Invitational, finishing 60th in 29:40.6.

2004 (Cross Country): Competed five times for the Brown and Gold ... broke 30 minute barrier for first time in career at Notre Dame Invitational, running 8K time of 29:23 ... lowered personal best again in next race, clocking time of 29:18.8 at Evansville Invitational .. competed for first time at NCAA Great Lakes Regional meet, running 39:13.7 10K.

2003 (Cross Country): Ran four times as a freshman ... made collegiate debut at Crusader Invitational, covering 8K course in 30:34 ... ran season best time at Loyola Lakefront Invitational, crossing tape in 30:22.

Prep:  A three-year letterwinner for the Fighting Saints ... named to Upstate Eight Conference All-Academic Team in 2001 and 2002 ... won conference's Sportsmanship Award ... also lettered in wrestling ... a member of National Honor Society.
