2007 (Track and Field): Ran five times during indoor campaign ... did not take to the track during outdoor season ... posted season-best time of 9:20.84 in the 3,000m run at the Akron Open ... finished 5,000m run at Findlay Classic in 16:25.88.

2006 (Cross Country): Took to the course five times for Valpo as a junior ... contributed to Crusader team score in three of the five events ... kicked off season with 14th place finish at the Crusader Invitational, covering the 6K course in 20:06, the second-fastest Valpo runner to cross the line ... also was the second-quickest Crusader at the Indiana Intercollegiates, placing 59th out of a field of 201 runners ... ran second-fastest 8K time of his career at the Evansville Invitational, covering course in 27:07.31 while helping Valpo to a runner-up team finish.

2006 (Track and Field): Led Crusaders with a top time of 15:51.45 in the 5,000m run during the indoor season ... also registered a best time of 9:15.34 over 3,000m indoors ... set a new personal best outdoors in the 1,500m run with a time of 4:22.96 ... also posted a time of 16:28.37 in the 5,000m run outdoors.

2005 (Cross Country): Ran six times for the Brown and Gold ... lowered personal best in 8K by nearly two minutes, running quicker than previous best in every race ... named to Academic All-Conference Team ... culminated big season with a 26:50.2 at Evansville Invitational, finishing 13th and pacing all Crusader runners ... was second Valpo runner at Crusader Invitational, covering 8K course in 27:38 ... ran at Mid-Con Championships, finishing 39th in 27:50.0 ... also ran at NCAA Great Lakes Regional meet.

2004 (Cross Country): Competed in all six races as a freshman ... fastest time of season came a first collegiate race, covering 8K Sunset Hills Farm course in 28:45 at Crusader Invitational ... was third fastest Valpo runner at NCAA Great Lakes Regional meet, covering 10K course in 36:53.2.

Prep: A two-year letterwinner for the Cadets ... helped team to Suburban Catholic Conference Titles as a junior and senior ... named to All-Conference First Team in 2003 and All-Conference Second Team in 2002 ... also lettered twice in track ... a member of National Honor Society.
