2008 (Track and Field): Peaked at the HL Championships outdoors in the javelin throw, registering a Valpo season-best toss of 168’9” for a third-place showing, earning All-League honors ... was among Valpo’s top throwers in the shot put during indoor campaign (41’4 1/4”, HL Championships) ... also competed in the weight throw indoors (41’3 1/4”, HL Championships).

2007 (Track and Field): Did not compete for the Crusaders during the indoor campaign ... threw the javelin at five meets during the outdoor season ... won the Puma Invitational with a toss of 167’11” ... placed second at the Butler Twilight with a season-best distance of 168’10” ... finished fourth at the Mid-Con Championship.

2006 (Track and Field): Did not compete for the Crusaders.

2005 (Football): Saw action against Davidson and San Diego ... played mainly on the Crusader reserve team ... named Defensive Scout Team Player of the Week for the San Diego game ... named Offensive Scout Team Player of the Week for the South Dakota State game.

2005 (Track and Field): Did not compete during the indoor season ... registered a long toss of 166'0" in the javelin throw outdoors ... also posted marks of 109'3" in the hammer throw and 77'1" in the discus throw.

Prep: An All-Area selection in football with the Bears ... named to the All-Eastern Connecticut Conference Team.
