2009 (Track and Field): Competed for the Crusaders in distance events as a freshman … posted top times indoors of 11:01.48 in the 3,000m run and 18:34.10 in the 5,000m run … did not compete during outdoor campaign.

2008 (Cross Country): Competed twice for Valpo as a freshman ... opened career with a time of 22:21 over the 6K course at the Crusader Open ... also ran at the Evansville Invitational, completing the 8K trail in 29:13.75.

Prep: A four-year letterwinner in cross country for the Bobcats ... a four-time All-Conference honoree ... named First Team All-County as a senior after twice receiving honorable mention All-County accolades ... honored as Freshman of the Year in 2004 ... earned four letters in track and field ... team won state championship in 2005 ... Bobcats won league and regional titles in 2005 and 2006 ... earned All-Conference accolades as a senior ... also received one letter in swimming ... carried a 4.0 GPA through high school ... class valedictorian ... a member of National Honor Society.
