2005 (Cross Country): Did not compete due to injury ... did run as part of Crusader track team.

2004 (Cross Country): Ran twice for Crusaders as a sophomore ... ran career-best 8K time, 29:59.9, at Evansville Invitational, finishing in 90th place and leading Valpo to a fifth place finish at the event.

2003 (Cross Country): Raced three times as a freshman ... first career start was at Indiana Intercollegiates, running in 'B' race and covering 8K course in 31:59 ... fastest time of year came at Loyola Lakefront Invitational, finishing 8K route in 31:38.

Prep: A four-year letterwinner for the Mustangs ... earned Illinois High School Athletic Association Scholastic Achievement Award ... also earned three letters in track.
