2008 (Track and Field): Posted fifth-fastest time in Valpo history in the 800m run during indoor campaign (1:57.61, at Milwaukee) ... registered the fastest Crusader time outdoors in the 800m run (1:58.72, HL Championships) ... also ranked among Valpo’s best indoors in the mile run (4:27.32, Findlay Classic) ... ran season-best times outdoors of 4:05.97 in the 1,500m run (HL Championships) and 16:02.88 in the 5,000m run (Miami Invitational), both among Valpo’s fastest times on the year ... named to the HL Academic Honor Roll for both fall 2007 and spring 2008 semesters ... earned Valpo Presidential academic honors.

2007 (Cross Country): Ran six times for Valpo as a junior, contributing to team score on four occasions ... crossed line 16th at Crusader Invitational to open season ... approached career-best 8K time at both Boston College Open and Notre Dame Invitational ... surpassed fastest career 8K at Evansville Invitational, crossing the line in 26:49.50, cutting over 20 seconds off his previous best time ... helped Crusaders to fifth-place finish at Horizon League Championships, placing 28th ... slashed better than 20 seconds from career-best 10K time at NCAA Great Lakes Regional ... named to Horizon League Academic Honor Roll for both semesters last year.

2007 (Track and Field):  Ran at 11 meets during sophomore season for the Crusaders ... posted Valpo season-best times in the 800m run both indoors (1:58.79) and outdoors (1:57.08) ... indoor 800m run time is the fifth-fastest in Crusader history ... registered runner-up finishes indoors in the mile run at the Chicago Invitational and the 800m run at the Boilermaker Invitational ... won the 800m run outdoors at the Puma Invitational ... named to the Mid-Con All-Academic Team ... member of Fall 2007 Horizon League Academic Honor Roll.

2006 (Cross Country): Competed six times for the Brown and Gold ... placed 18th with a time of 20:21 at the season-opening Crusader Invitational, the fourth-best Valpo finisher ... ran career-best 8K time of 27:12.61 at Evansville Invitational, cutting over a minute off his 8K time in four weeks time ... improved time at NCAA Great Lakes Regional by over two minutes from the same race in 2005, covering the 10K course in 36:09.00 ... named to the Mid-Con All-Academic Team ... also named to the Mid-Con Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence.

2006 (Track and Field): Led Crusaders with a top time of 1:59.35 in the 800m run indoors ... also registered a time of 4:30.76 in the indoor mile run ... outdoors, recorded Valpo’s best time of the season in the 1,500m run (4:07.01) ... also covered 800m run in 2:00.77 and 3,000m steeplechase in 10:09.76 outdoors ... named to Mid-Con All-Academic team.

2005 (Cross Country): Ran six times as a freshman ... named to Mid-Con Academic All-Conference Team ... improved upon 8K time in three straight races to start the season ... ran season-best 27:33.9 at Evansville Invitational ... ran at Mid-Con Championships at Sunset Hills Farm, finishing course in 27:56.9 ... also ran at NCAA Great Lakes Regional.

Prep: Earned four letters in track and field and two letters in cross country for the Middies ... named conference MVP on the track as a senior ... finished seventh in the 800m run at state meet in 2005 ... won conference title and qualified for districts as a senior in the 1,600m run ...  led cross country team to Lorain County Conference Title as a senior ... named to All-Conference First Team in 2003 and 2004 ... named team’s Most Valuable Runner as a senior ... also earned Coach’s Award following senior season ... also lettered in wrestling and football ... a member of National Honor Society.
