2008 (Cross Country): Ran five times for the Crusaders as a junior ... finished among Valpo’s top-five runners at the Indiana Intercollegiates and Evansville Invitational ... kicked off season with 26th-place finish at Crusader Open ... cut nearly 25 seconds off of career best 8K time at Evansville, finishing race in 26:37.93 ... was the sixth Crusader runner across the finish line at the Horizon League Championships.

2008 (Track and Field): Posted top times indoors as a sophomore in the mile run (4:36.90, HL Championships) and 3,000m run (9:26.56, DePauw Invitational) ... competed outdoors in the 1,500m run (4:14.84, HL Championships) and 5,000m run (16:33.65, Ted Haydon Invitational).

2007 (Cross Country): Competed six times for Valparaiso during sophomore year ... opened season with 30th-place finish at Crusader Invitational ... surpassed 8K time from freshman year at Boston College Open, covering course in 27:51 ... lowered career-best 8K time almost 50 more seconds at Evansville Invitational, completing race in 27:02.01 ... was sixth-highest finisher for Crusaders at Horizon League Championships ... contributed to Valpo team score for first time in his career at NCAA Great Lakes Regional, completing the 10K race in 35:28.13.

2007 (Track and Field): Competed at 10 meets during freshman season ... posted two top-10 finishes in the 800m run in five races indoors ... recorded season-best time of 2:02.94 in the 800m run at Mid-Con Indoor Championship, third-fastest by a Crusader in 2007 ... registered season-best times of 2:03.07 in the 800m run and 4:17.94 in the 1,500m run during outdoor season.
