2008 (Track and Field): Did not run for the Crusaders during either indoor or outdoor campaigns last year ... named to Horizon League Academic Honor Roll for spring 2008 semester.

2007 (Cross Country):  Ran six times for Valpo as a junior, contributing to Crusader team score on five occasions ... posted 22nd place finish at Crusader Invitational with a time of 21:12 over the 6K course ... lowered career-best 8K time at the Evansville Invitational, crossing the line in 26:41.88 ... ran for Valpo at the Horizon League Championships ... fourth-fastest Crusader runner at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional, completing 10K race in 35:18.25 ... named to the Horizon League Spring 2008 Academic Honor Roll.

2007 (Track and Field): Ran at eight meets for the Crusaders ... competed in distance events both indoors and outdoors ... came home in eighth place at Boilermaker Invitational indoors in the one mile run.

2006 (Cross Country): Ran in all six races for the Crusaders ... contributed to Valpo’s team score on five occasions ... opened season with 23rd place finish at Crusader Invitational ... bested career-best 8K time at Indiana Intercollegiates, crossing the line in 27:36.0 ... sliced over 40 seconds off that time two weeks later at the Notre Dame Invitational, covering the 8K course in 26:53 ... helped Crusader men match best ever Mid-Con finish at the conference championship meet, placing 36th ... completed 10K course at NCAA Great Lakes Regional in 34:58.53, over a minute faster than the previous year ... a member of the Mid-Con All-Academic Team.

2006 (Track and Field): Among Valpo’s best indoors in the 3,000m run (9:32.32) and the 5,000m run (16:12.99) ... posted best times outdoors of 4:23.10 in the 1,500m run, 15:55.66 in the 5,000m run and 34:59.57 in the 10,000m run ... named to Mid-Con All-Academic team.

2005 (Cross Country): Competed six times as a freshman ... named to Mid-Continent Conference All-Academic Team ... twice ran under 28 minutes, first doing so at Notre Dame Invitational, finishing in 27:57 ... set personal best in 8K at Mid-Con Championships at Sunset Hills Farm, finishing 36th in 27:44.5 ... was third among all Valpo runners at Mid-Con meet ... also competed at NCAA Great Lakes Regional, again finishing third among Crusaders, crossing the tape in 35:33.8.

Prep: A three-year letterwinner for the Redskins ... named team’s Most Valuable Runner as a junior and senior ... served as team captain for three seasons, 2002-04 ... also lettered in track ... a member of National Honor Society.
