2010: Saw action in sprints … recorded season-best time of 24.67 seconds in the 200m dash at the Mike Lints Alumni Open during the indoor season … led Valpo sprinters in the outdoor season in the 100m (11.69) and 200m dashes (23.81) … served on Crusaders’ best 4x100m relay that finished with a time of 45.60 seconds at the Polar Bear Invitational.

2009: Ran the sprints for the Crusaders as a sophomore ... posted season-best times of 7.05 seconds in the 55m dash, 7.52 seconds in the 60m dash and 23.69 seconds in the 200m dash indoors ... outdoors, registered top times of 12.01 seconds in the 100m dash, 24.70 seconds in the 200m dash and 55.06 seconds in the 400m dash ... also was a part of relay squads both indoors and outdoors.

2008: Paced the Crusaders in the short sprints as a freshman ... led Valpo in 55m dash (6.96, Phoenix Invitational) and 60m dash (7.40, at Milwaukee) indoors and 100m dash (11.61, Miami Invitational) outdoors ... also among Crusaders’ best indoors in the 200m dash (23.87, twice) and outdoors in the 200m dash (23.29, Miami Invitational).

Prep: A three-year letterwinner for the Bobcats ... a two-time All-Conference honoree ... earned All-Area accolades as a senior ... state qualifier as part of Bobcats' 4x100m and 4x200m relay squads as a senior ... helped team to two conference and regional championships ... team captain.
