2014 (Track): Third-fastest Crusader indoors in the 5,000m run (16:35.52) ... also posted a top time of 9:20.12 in the 3K indoors ... led Valpo with a time of 10:03.58 in the 3,000m steeplechase as the season moved outdoors ... member of the HL Academic Honor Roll.

2013 (Cross Country): Did not compete.

2013 (Track): Ranked third on the team in the 5,000m run (16:00.01) and fourth in the 3,000m run (9:05.45) during the indoor season ... third-fastest on the team outdoors in the 1,500m run (4:20.80) and posted a best time of 16:29.75 over the 5,000m run ... also paced the Crusaders in the 3,000m steeplechase (10:16.55) and finished ninth in the event at the HL Outdoor Championships.

2012 (Cross Country): Ran in four meets for the Crusaders...finished with top-five times amongst Valpo runners in all four races...crossed the line at 26:57.17 at the Evansville Invitational, good for second on the team...clocked the best time of a Crusader at the NCAA Regionals 10K with a 34:21.
