2014 (Track): Ranked second on the team in the 3K (9:02.69) indoors ... member of the HL Academic Honor Roll.

2013 (Cross Country): Led the Crusaders in five of six races...finished in 33:14 at NCAA Great Lakes Regional...placed 20th at HL Championships with a time of 26:43.09.

2013 (Track): Paced Crusaders with a time of 15:53.23 over 5K during indoor campaign ... also posted a top time of 9:09.83 in the 3K indoors ... third-fastest on the team in the 3,000m steeplechase (10:38.53) during outdoor season.

2012 (Cross Country): Competed in all six races for Valpo his sophomore season...recorded top-five times for Crusader runners in all six meets...finished the Crusader Open 6K in 20:40.3, good for second on the team...placed first amongst Crusaders at the Evansville Invitational 8K (26:55.16)...ran his fastest 8K at the Horizon League Championships (26:34)...finished the NCAA Regional 10K in 34:28, good for second amongst the Crusaders.

2012 (Track): Ranked second on the team indoors in the one mile run (4:26.80) and third in the 3,000m run (8:59.47) ... outdoors, ranked fourth on the team in the 800m (2:06.45), 1,500m (4:21.45) and 5,000m (15:55.03) runs ... also posted a top time of 10:27.78 in the 3,000m steeplechase, placing ninth in the event at the HL Outdoor Championships.

2011 (Cross Country): Ran in three races for the Crusaders as a rookie, contributing to Valpo's team score twice ... started career with 8K time of 28:15.14 at Evansville Invitational to finish fifth among Valpo runners ... placed fourth among Crusader contingent at NCAA Great Lakes Regional with 10K time of 34:43.0.

Prep: A four-year letterwinner for the Timberwolves … a three-time All-Conference in the indoor 1600 … an All-Conference selection in the outdoor 1600 as a senior … an indoor and outdoor All-Conference honoree in the 800 as a senior … state qualified in the 1600 and 800 as a senior … also lettered in cross-country and basketball … a member of National Honor Society.
