2016 (Track): Ended the season with a top-time of 1:32.06 in the 600m run for indoor competition.

2015 (Track): A distance runner for Valpo, earned an indoor time of 1:37.94 in the 600m race…the team’s second-best finish in the 800m run (1:59.94)…crossed the line at 5:06.84 in the mile…during outdoor competition, ran the 800m in 2:11.09.

2014 (Track): Ranked second on the team indoors in the 800m run (2:06.30) ... also posted a top time indoors of 1:32.69 for the 600m run ... was second-fastest Crusader outdoors in the 800m run (2:07.32) and fourth in the 1,500m run (4:27.80).

Prep: Competed in the 800m run for the Cougars ... selected as the team MVP his junior and senior seasons ... holds school records in the long jump (18'7 1/2"), 800m run (2:05), 1 mile (4:50), 4x800m (9:08), and 4x400m (3:39) ... earned four letters with the soccer team and two with the basketball team ... three time recipient of the Cougar Award in basketball ... member of the National Honor Society.
