2020 (Track): Appeared in one meet for the Brown & Gold, finishing first in the 3000-meter run on Jan. 24 at the John Gartland Invitational at Indiana State, a time of 9:28.98.

2019 (Cross Country): Opened his final year of eligibility with a PR at the Crusader Open on Oct. 6, turning in a time of 20:10.5 in the 6K… Ran his best 8K time of the season at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 18, a mark of 26:52.5… Competed in the 8K when Valpo hosted the MVC Championships on Nov. 2 with a time of 27:33.3… Ended his collegiate cross country career with a 10K time of 34:56.6 at NCAA Great Lakes Regional on Nov. 15.

2019 (Track): Ran his best indoor 5000-meter time of the season of 15:28.79 on Jan. 25 at GVSU... Saw increased action during the outdoor season, starting with a 4:12.62 finish in the 1,500-meter run at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic on March 23... Ran his season’s best 5,000-meter run on April 13 at Illinois Twilight, finishing at 15:50.31... Recorded a career-best time of 4:07.85 in the 1,500 at MVC Outdoor Championships on May 12.

2018 (Cross Country): Ran in every meet for Valpo during his junior year…Posted his top 8K time of the year at the Greater Louisville Classic (26:32.2), where he finished sixth on the team…Earned a fourth-place team finish (34:03.4) in the 10K at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional.

2018 (Track): Ran a season-best indoor time of 9:23:55 in the 3000 meter run on Jan. 20 at the Fort Wayne Duals.

2017 (Cross Country): Finished first for Valpo once and in the top three on three occasions... Garnered first at the Bradley Classic, crossing the line in 26:46.70... Held a time of 35:39.70 at the NCAA Regionals.

2017 (Track): Had his best 3,000m run time of the indoor season on Feb. 26 at the Horizon League Indoor Championships, completing the event in 8:50.77... Posted his top 5,000m run time of the indoor campaign on Feb. 26 also, going 15:50.02... Top indoor one mile run time came on Jan. 21 at the Fort Wayne Duals, a time of 4:36.71... Clocked in at 4:08.33 in the outdoor 1,500m run on April 15 at the Benedictine Relays, a season-best time... Top outdoor time in the 5,000m run was 15:36.51 on April 22 at the Pacesetter Invitational.  

2016 (Cross Country): Ran in five races during his first year in the program... finished second for Valpo at the Horizon League Championship (27:29.4)... ran a season best at the University of San Diego Invite (26:44.0).

Prep: Three-year letter winner for the Fighting Irish... 2016 all-state and all-conference in the 1,600m and 3,200m races... 2015 state qualifier in the 1,600m event…conference runner-up in the 1,600m race…2014 4x800m relay conference champion…three-year letter winner in cross country... two-time state qualifier... two-time all-regional and all-sectional performer... conference champion... member of National Honor Society.
