2020: Kicked off his season by placing eighth in the 400-meter dash at Notre Dame’s Blue & Gold Invitational on Dec. 6, finishing the race in 50.51… Ran a fourth-place finish in the 400 in his next meet, the GVSU Bill Clinger Classic on Jan. 17, with a near-identical 50.52… Recorded his season-best 60-meter dash at the Bill Clinger Classic with a time of 7.49… Finished fifth in the 400 at the John Gartland Invitational, hosted by Indiana State on Jan. 24… Recorded a PR in the 200-meter dash on Feb. 22 at Notre Dame’s Alex Wilson Invitational with a time of 22.66, the team’s second-fastest mark of the year… Finished 10^th in the 400 at the MVC Indoor Championships preliminaries, running a 50.12. Also ran on the 4x400 and distance medley relay teams at the event.

2019: Had the team’s second-best time in the indoor 200-meter dash (23.03) and the best 400-meter dash on the team (49.57)… Ran a 49.98 in the 400-meter dash at the MVC Indoor Championships.  Also at the MVC Indoor Championships, was an anchor on the 4x400-meter relay that turned in the program’s fifth-best time in history. Was a member of the distance medley team at the event... Ran in the distance medley team at the Meyo Invitational on Feb. 1 that recorded Valpo’s fourth-fastest time ever. He now appears on the program’s third, fourth, and fifth-best 4x400-meter times. Competed in seven different events for Valpo during the outdoor season. Led the team in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.31. Had the team’s best 400-meter dash with a time of 49.10 at Gibson Invitational on April 6. Competed in three events at MVC Championships May 10-12, including the 400 (50.27), the 4x100 and 4x400.

2018: Started the indoor season off strong on Dec. 1 at the Blue & Gold Invitational placing second in the 400 meter dash with a 49.50…Broke a 43-year-old record in the 400-meter dash Feb. 3 at the Meyo Invite with a 48.57 time… Moved up in the record book for the 100 meter dash on March 30 at the Bobcat Invitational with a time of  11.02…Was a part of the record breaking 4x400 relay team that clinched a seventh-place finish, where they scored two points with a time of 3:17.07. This time replaced the previous mark of 3:20.3 set in 1974.

2017: Season-best in the indoor 60m dash was 7.37 on Jan. 21... Had the team's second-best time in the indoor 200m dash, 22.75 on Dec. 2... Also had Valpo's second-best time in the indoor 400m dash, a 49.38 on Feb. 27... Participated in the 4x400m relay that had Valpo's best indoor time of the season and third-best indoor time in program history of 3:22.95 on Feb. 26... Best outdoor 100m time of the season was 11.49... Had the team's second-best outdoor 200m dash time at 22.31 on April 22... Owned the team's top outdoor 400m dash time of the year, a 49.42 on April 15... Member of the 4x100m relay team that turned in a 42.15 on April 15, the fifth-best time in that event in program history. 

Prep: Three-year letter winner for the Red Devils…six-time first-team all-conference performer…two-time second-team member…junior and senior year MVP…4x100m school record relay holder with a time of 42.80 seconds…member of the sprint medley school record relay team…three-year letter winner in football…second-team all-conference…leadership award senior year…academic all-state…honors scholar…member of National Honor Society.
