2022 (Track & Field): Led the team in the 3,000 steeplechase with a time of 9:57.03... Posted the team’s top 5,000 time during the indoor season at 16:10.77, a PR that occurred on Feb. 5 at the Windy City Rumble.

2021 (Cross Country): Had a 6K time of 20:12.7 at the season-opening Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 3... Posted an 8K time of 26:47.5 at the Sept. 17 Illinois State Invite... Finished the five-mile race in 28:11.4 on Oct. 1 at the Notre Dame – Joe Piane Invitational... Clocked a 26:46.2 in the 8K at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 15... Posted a 27:48.2 in the 8K at the MVC Championship on Oct. 29... Turned in a 35:32.6 in the Nov. 12 NCAA Great Lakes Regional.

2021 (Track & Field): Had the team’s top steeplechase of the year at 10:11.95 in the May 14 MVC Outdoor Championships.

2020-21 (Cross Country): Did not compete in the MVC Championship, the team’s lone race of the season.

2020 (Track): Did not compete for Valpo during the 2020 indoor season.

2019 (Cross Country): Competed in three meets for Valpo during his first cross country season, recording three PRs… Ran a 28:03.29 in the five-mile race at the Joe Piane Invite, hosted by Notre Dame, on Oct. 4… Ran his top 8K time on Oct. 18 at Bradley’s Pink Classic, finishing at 27:55.1 and fourth on the team.

2019 (Track): Participated in the indoor 3000-meter run as a freshman, with his best time in the event (9:34.05) coming Feb. 15 at the GVSU Tune-Up. Ran his best outdoor 5,000-meter run March 23 at Polar Bear Invitational with a mark of 16:50.96. Had his career-best steeplechase on April 27 at Illinois Twilight with a time of 10:32.94. 

2018 (Cross Country): Did not compete in meet action during his first season on campus.
