2022 (Track & Field): Boasted a personal best in the indoor mile at the Windy City Rumble with a time of 4:56.36... Stopped the clock in 2:11.58 in the indoor 800 at the ISU Open, a new personal watermark... Recorded a PR of 4:38.17 in the outdoor 1,500 at the Illini Invitational.

2021 (Cross Country): Made his season debut with a 21:33.2 in the 6K at the Valparaiso Winrow Open on Sept. 3... Clocked a season-best 29:37.0 in the 8K at the Illinois State Invite on Sept. 17... Stopped the clock in 31:12.3 in the five-mile race at the Joe Piane – Notre Dame Invitational on Oct. 1... Turned in a 30:04.4 in the 8K at the Bradley Pink Classic on Oct. 15.

Prep: Captain of the cross country and track & field teams as a senior… Three-year varsity letter winner in cross country… Two-year letter winner in track & field… Graduated summa cum laude with three academic letters and a 4.1 grade point average.
