Valparaiso University's Nic Kooyers (Holland, Mich./Holland H.S.) has been named the Mid-Continent Conference Player of the Week for the second time this season.

The sophomore posted a shutout victory 6-0, 6-0 over IPFW at first singles for the Crusaders and teamed with Shabbi Khan (Karachi, Pakistan/Oasys H.S.) for an 8-3 number two doubles win.

Kooyers also earned the award back on March 8.
