Valparaiso University women’s golf coach Mike Higdon has announced the Crusaders will compete in three tournaments prior to the 2010 Horizon League Women’s Golf Championships this spring.

The Brown and Gold will open the spring season March 22-23 in Indianapolis, Ind. at the Butler Spring Invitational.  After a weekend off, Valpo will head to the Bradley Spring Classic before playing at the Loyola (Chicago) Spring Invitational one week later.

The spring season will come to a close April 24-25 at the Horizon League Championships which will be contested in Lexington, Ky.
