This weekend’s three-game series between Valparaiso and Southeast Missouri State has been altered due to forecasted inclement weather in the Cape Girardeau, Mo. area on Sunday.

The Crusaders (5-12) and Redhawks (8-8) will now play a doubleheader on Friday beginning at 1 p.m. at Capaha Field followed by the regularly scheduled single game on Saturday at 1 p.m. 

Friday’s forecast is for mostly sunny skies and a high of 68.
