Come Friday evening at the Valpo Popcorn Classic, Crusader sophomore setter Kelsey Berrington will see a very familiar face on the other bench as the team breaks their pre-match huddle.
Kelsey's mother, Kim, is the head coach of the Eastern Michigan volleyball program which will face Valpo at 7 p.m. on Friday. The Horizon League talked to Kelsey, Kim and Crusader head coach Carin Avery about how the match came about and how they'll be feeling on Friday evening.
