Valparaiso University's Sara Silcox (Michigan City, Ind./Michigan City H.S.) was named to the Mid-Continent Conference All-Tournament Team following the completion of the conference championships this weekend.

The sophomore set a Valpo school record with 38 digs in the five game loss to IUPUI in the tournament semifinals.

Valpo finished the season with a 20-10 record, the team's first 20-win season since 1996.
