The Valparaiso University men's track and field team has been selected to finish fourth in the Mid-Continent Conference for the outdoor season according to the preseason poll conducted by the league's head coaches.

Oral Roberts was picked to win the conference with Southern Utah tabbed as the runner-up. Western Illinois is picked third followed by the Crusaders, Chicago State, and UMKC.

The Mid-Continent Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships will be held May 15-17 at Western Illinois in Macomb.
