The Valparaiso University doubles team of Ben Dunham-Freer (Fort Thomas, Ky./Highlands H.S.) and Jeff Vrabel (Allen Park, Mich./St. Francis Cabrini H.S.) dropped their opening round doubles match on Saturday in the main draw of the ITA Omni Midwest Regional Championships.

The duo fell 8-3 to Marko Marevic and Mark Muskievicz of Bradley.

With the loss, the Crusaders have now concluded the fall portion of their schedule. They will resume action on January 17 at Ball State to begin the spring season.
